If you're searching for a flashy, showy car with plenty of power, both the 2019 Stelvio TI and the 2019 Giulia TI can help. The Stelvio TI is an exceptional high-quality SUV with a beautiful exterior and a luxurious cabin. The Giulia TI is a world-class sedan that offers luxury inside and out. For the first time, the Stelvio GI gets the addition of rear-wheel drive to its base model. It also gets an improved infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Stelvio still has a distinctive styling and a choice of engines that make it stand out from its peers. Changes to the Guilia TI are mostly on the outside this year. This includes two new appearance packages and several new wheel designs. There are two additional color choices in this year's sedan too, and a new color available for the interior. Heated seats are now optional.

Performance

When it comes to performance, both the Stelvio and the Guilia are fine options. The Stelvio has a 2.0L turbo engine that produces up to 280 HP and over 300 LB-FT of torque. It accelerates from a standstill to 60 MPH in less than 5.5 seconds. It has a top speed of 144 MPH at the base level. An eight-speed automatic transmission comes standard. If you want an even more capable mechanical configuration, you can upgrade to the performance package that adds aluminum paddle shifters, a limited slip rear axle, a fine-tuned active suspension system, and more. The Stelvio is also outfitted with responsive brakes that allow to stop from 60 MPH in less than 120 feet. When compared to others in its class, this performance capacity puts the Stelvio well above average for a crossover. The Giulia, Alfa Romeo says, is powered by a premium engine that makes the world's fastest sedan. With this engine, the Giulia accelerates to 60 MPH in just 3.8 seconds. The engine puts out a maximum of 505 HP. It also gives you up to 443 LB-FT of torque. Aluminum paddle shifters and superb handling make the sedan fun to drive even on a daily commute or cruising around town.

Appearance

While both Alfa Romeo vehicles have substantial bragging rights in the area of power and performance, they both have looks to match. This year, the Stelvio is available in 10 exterior paint colors. It comes standard with 19-inch aluminum wheels, but you can upgrade to more impressive 20-inch wheels if you want to give your car a bolder attitude. High-performance Brembo brakes are offered in three different colors, which are yellow, black, and red. The Guilia is offered in more than 12 paint colors this year. You'll get a choice of two different 19-inch wheel choices. Like the Stelvio, the Giulia is designed with Brembo brakes.

Features

Inside, both the Stelvio and the Giulia define premium Italian luxury. The Stelvio gets heated seats, a heated steering wheel, and parking sensors on the higher-level trim. It comes standard with a 6.5-inch infotainment screen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It has four USB charging ports too for both front and back-seat passengers. An eight-speaker audio system is standard. Ambient interior lighting, dual-zone climate control, and leather seats are standard. The Guilia offers a user-friendly infotainment system with audio controls and Bluetooth. Its leather-wrapped wheel adds a sense of luxury to its interor, and a push-button start adds to its convenience.

If you're looking for a luxurious, high-performance vehicle in 2019, you can't go wrong with either the Stelvio or the Guilia. While both are good in any model year, minor changes make them even better in 2019. To see what they have to offer, you're invited to arrange a test drive at our dealership.
